The official branding for Nelson Mandela’s 466/64 campaign to fight HIV & Aids was born out of Matthew Willman’s now iconic hand portrait of Nelson Mandela himself. Adding to that collective voice, many musicians and artists joined with Mandela to raise funds and show their support for the cause to end the scourge of HIV & Aids and to build awareness in communities around the world.

Willman worked with many of the artists to create what became known as the Living Legacy campaign.
